Once your order is shipped you will be
e-mailed a UPS or FedEx tracking number. Through the link, you will be
redirected from your email to your shipment status on UPS.com/ FedEx.com. You
can sign up for shipment alerts from UPS.com/ FedEx.com via email or text.

Our shipping team is
fast at packing orders which means we can't make any changes after you place
your order. However, you may be able to cancel if you contact us within 60
minutes of placing your order. A cancellation is NOT guaranteed unless you
receive confirmation from the Mac Duggal Customer Service team. We cannot make
any modifications to addresses once an order has been placed.

Orders that have been
shipped or placed outside of the warehouse business hours (Monday through
Saturday 9:30 am – 6 pm) cannot be cancelled.

We are constantly working to restock and
add new items to our assortment. Due to the nature of our dresses, we are
unable to provide specific timelines for incoming shipments. However, we
recommend using our “Notify me when available” service to receive notifications
when our items are restocked.

If your desired
size/color is out of stock, you can sign up for an email notification as soon
as it’s restocked. To sign up, select your desired size and color. Then click
on the “Notify me when available” button located below and enter your preferred
email address. You will receive a notification once that size/color is back in
stock.

Please note that not all styles will be restocked. If you have a
specific timeline for your special occasion, we recommend using the recommended
styles section at the bottom of each product page to find similar styles.

Unfortunately, we do not offer fabric
swatches or additional fabric or trims beyond what comes with your dress.
Please note with the delicate nature of special occasion garments beads and
sequins will come loose or shed with wear, particularly when dancing, so we
recommend gathering any sequins and beads that come loose and have your
seamstress or dry cleaner reattach before your next wear.

Please enter your promo code
during the checkout process in the “Gift Card or discount code” box. Be
sure to click “Apply”.

Please note:

• Only one promo code can be used per order.
• Sale and Last Chance items have already been discounted and are not eligible for promo codes.
• For a complete list of exclusions and terms, refer to individual promo code policies.

Promo codes may not be used if the following applies:

•Promo code has expired.
•Promo code may only be used ones.
•Items may not be eligible for discount. For example: discounted items aren’t eligible for promo codes.
