Return & Exchange

We are happy to accept return & exchange of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 14 days of delivery.

Please initiate a return & exchange request through your registered Mac Duggal account. Alternatively, contact our customer care team at customercareindia@macduggal.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9667237740 for assistance

We do not offer refunds on bags and accessories unless there is a quality defect.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Unless you received them in a poor, broken, or damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non-availability of the product, we will issue you a refund via an online gift card.

For all accepted return, we will issue a refund or an online gift card immediately after we receive the products from your end and they pass the quality check process. The return process may take up to 7-10 business days.

Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.

EASY ONLINE RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India. If you have placed an order through your Registered Account, you can log in to your account on our website and go to your ‘Order’ section and click on 'View details' to raise a return request or exchange.

RETURN:

Click on 'Request a Return' and select the items you wish to return and select a reason for return from the list. Click the check box at the bottom of the Return page ‘I confirm that the product is unused with original tags intact’ and then click on proceed to return.

Then select your preferred mode of refund and click on 'Confirm Return'. (For prepaid orders, the refund will be transferred to the original payment source. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer's refund will initially be credited directly to their Mac Duggal wallet. Subsequently, the customer can transfer the refund amount from their Mac Duggal wallet to their bank account or the account from which the payment was originally made.)

Once your request is successfully registered, a ‘Return ID’ will be generated along with the courier name for the reverse pick-up and our company name – Mac Duggal Private Limited.

We request you to follow the instructions given below:

  • The return package will be picked up within 7-10 business days. You can verify the ‘Return ID’ with the courier boy at the time of pickup.

KINDLY FOLLOW THE BELOW PROCESS FOR ORDER RETURN:

  • Take a copy of the order/invoice sheet and circle the product(s) you are returning.
  • Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original delivery package if possible. Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it and all the tags are intact.
  • Insert the order/invoice sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
  • When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel. Once we receive the returned courier, the refund process will be initiated for the items returned. Once processed, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the refund amount to get credited at its source.

Return requests for online orders can be raised within 14 days of order delivery.

EXCHANGE:

The product exchange policy is 14 days from the date of delivery. To raise an exchange request, you can go to the 'My Account' section, click on 'Request a Exchange', select the eligible product you want to exchange, and then select the product you want in exchange.

In case the new product value is higher, the balance amount will be charged from the customer. If the value of the exchanging product is lower, the difference amount will be provided as store credit, which can be used to shop in future orders.

  3. Insert the order/invoice sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
  4. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel. Once we receive the returned courier, the exchange process will be initiated for the items returned. Once processed, it may take up to 7-10 working days to initiate exchange as sharing you with your new selected product.
